Waitikiri Gardens mission is to produce lilies that are sought after and to deliver customer satisfaction. We strive to be NZ’s leading producer of premium quality fresh cut lilies, all year-round.
We started in 1990 growing Sandersonia for export. Many other flower crops have been grown over the years including Gerbera and Alstroemeria. We now specialize in Oriental, Longiflorum and Asiatic lilies and their Hybrids and have found a ready market for our lilies.
We purchase fresh bulbs to produce each flower, sourcing them from both northern and southern hemisphere. We have partnered with 3 top Dutch bulb suppliers and keep up with the latest and best varieties grown in Holland each year. Bulbs are always discarded after producing the flower. No expenses are spared to ensure you have the best quality flowers all year round.
